I love that my birthday always falls around Columbus Day because it means I get a long weekend to celebrate. 

It means that Rebekah has a day off from work and we can finally have our traditional Thai lunch and see each other!

Basically, we seem to only be able to manage to see each other twice a year--in April for her birthday and in October for mine.

We have vowed to work on this!

For those who have been coaching me in which Thai foods to try, I tried Massaman Curry and LOVED it.
